The idea is to *improve* upon the solution. We can still make the spammer
take 250ms per email [though I would aim at 20 seconds myself] just now your
older P-160 will only take ~700ms [guestimate] instead of 4s to send the
email [assuming you really wanted to make a delay of 250ms for a 200Mhz
bus].

If you guys hate invention so much then stop using your bloody computer!
