Given the fact that the software has been quite popular,
it is a pity in my view that its author apparently doesn't
consider it worthwhile to put in some (limited) additional
effort to provide a very good documentation so that, in
cases of eventual bugs, the user could have a good chance
to help himself. (Support would be nice, but anyway not
a big necessity.)
