Export regulations

I am developing a program that will use Twofish to encrypt some of its
internal data which is stored on disk. I am in Canada, but are the export
regulations still governed by the US (since I may be exporting US-developed
cryptography technology)? What are the limits on the maximum key length I
can use? And which countries can't use my program? Is there anything else I
should know (perhaps something "hidden" that may cause problems later on?)

Thank you
