You can get an armful of good books on CD from from Dr. Dobb's Journal on-
line:

http://store.yahoo.com/ddjcdroms/escrypsecboo.html

The CD includes, among other titles, "Cryptography: Theory and Practice,"
by Stinson, "Applied Cryptography: Protocols, Algorithms, and Source Code
in C, Second Edition," by Schneier, "Military Cryptanalysis, Volume I-IV,"
by Friedman, and "Handbook of Applied Cryptography" by Menezes, et.al. It's
only 75 bucks or so.
