Two days ago, I wanted to tell you about other problems concerning
your library but I read one sentence of yours:

and I immediately forgot all. I still do not quite understand what
happened...
BTW, concerning your gcd, write it so that the returned value is
always non-negative. This way you will fully agree with Knuth.
