I'd like to know if using a random session ID and time stamping on a
real time voice encrypted conversation would be enough to assure
integrity.
Because of the nature of my target hardware, I've got no cpu cycles to
spare. So, HMAC would shoot my application dead.
If time stamping and random session ID don't work which low cpu usage
integrity method is possible?
Thanks in advance
