Well, the DES, and RC4 refer to symmetric algorithms. The CBC stuff refers
to modes of operation for the symmetric algorithm, and the SHA and MD5 stuff
refers to the crypto hash algorithms used. So, each one just refers to a
combination of cipher and hash algorithms. Each of these are described in
many places on the Internet, such as RFCs and NIST, etc.
