First off, I was entitled to the code because I fulfilled your license
[I acknowledged where it came from, btw you didn't same the
acknowledgement has to be in the source].

Second, the files "aes.c" and "serpent.c" are not copies of your
publicly available files. They are based on them [see first paragraph].

So my argument is as follows

    a. I fulfiled your license requirements. That is you stipulate one
must acknowledge where the code comes from. You never mention on what
medium. Loophole. This entitles me to a copy of your code.

    b. I have through the course of operations admended and improved your
copyrighted works. This means my product is not under your copyright.
This isn't a patent or something. The art [in this case source code]
looks, reads and appears different. That's sufficient for it to not be
a copy of a prior art.

Otherwise Weird Al would be out of business.....

With all due respect, you're not entitled to stake claim on the LTC code
since you don't own the rights to it.

And before Clem runs a stake through me. Let me say one more bit.

I *DO* in all honesty and sincerity want to give credit for your initial
contributions that made the code possible. And to that end I can keep
your comment in *MY* distribution of the code. However, if a third
party rips it off it isn't my fault so I'm not the villian.

Short of that, if you pull a C&D I will rip your code from it, re-write
it and make it known that you bullied a person who wanted nothing more
[in this scope] then to give out free source code that could help others
    in good faith.

    Tom
