That is true enough, in a manner of speaking. But in general, the term
"one-time pad" is not mentioned around stream ciphers, except by snake-oil
salesmen.

A good point, although one _can_ do quantum cryptography right now -
without repeaters and routers.

Astrology, phrenology, palm reading, and flying saucers are just ideas
*too*. Trust me: comparing quantum computing to cold fusion will appear as
an insult to a great many serious scientific researchers doing real work,
even if it is at the frontiers of research.
