In the reality I assume this number to be around 1000 or more ....
this is the high number considering that Finland has only five million
people. So if you do business with any people or companies located in
Finland, be aware that the government of Finland listens you.
Personally, I have chosen not to have a phone in Finland, because the
government violates too often rights of humans.
