In the current best implementation of AES, how fast is a single
*enciphering* operation (i.e., how fast is AES after key setup)? Does
there exist an implementation of AES optimized for the key being fixed
for every enciphering call?
How fast is the current best implementation of SHA-1? SHA-256?
