Decryption using cryptoanalysis

I will be grateful if someone can help me to decrypt the following
text....
i am beginner so a bref explanation will be welcome and i would like
to know which algorithm is used (vygenere,transposition,polyalphabetic
substitution...)

Both of them are english text.
