No claims on DH. As Paul would say, there is some FUD, but that's all.
One of those companies would have a very hard time making a DH
claim stick at this point, after being quiet for so long.

There is an inventor named Stambler who claims to have patents covering
SSL as practiced by RSAS and Verisign. I don't know whether he has a
claim on the DH variant of SSL. See:
