To make the method proposed by you strong will take many years of work. I
suspect that you do not have years to waste. We certainly do not.

An adequate encryption system will encrypt the report as well as the
experimental data. The encryption systems we proposed AES, triple DES and
implementations like PGP will do this and can be down loaded on to your
computer today. The only formatting restriction they have is that the text
and data fit into a computer file.
