Virus Problems

My computer had AntiVirus 2009 that was causing problems and it would not let
me add/remove program so I removed it with Cyberdefender software. It helped
and everything was fine.

When I went to install new security stuff on my computer to prevent this
from happening again it would not let me. I can't access my security center
at all or download anything that relates to secuity. Doesn't seem to matter
what I click on, if it has anything at all to do with security or fixing the
problem, it sends me to a window that says "Windows Explore cannot dispaly
this webpage". Everything else I click on goes right to it with no problems.
Any ideas about what is happening? Is there another way to access my security
center?
