again, the program is Spyware Guard 2008. I will sue the bejesus out of
the clowns behind this program if I can ever find out who they are.

You need to get all fixes, updates, tools etc. from a different, known-clean
computer. If you don't have the ability to do this, you'll need to take
your machine to a local computer professional. I don't recommend using
BigComputerStore/GeekSquad types of places. The alternative is to back up
your data and clean-install Windows.
