RE: Error in Event Viewer Security should i worry?

Hi, again! not too sure re: whether i am connected to Domain(s) through
Active Directory or using VPN, all i can say is i'm using a desktop pc and go
online via a USB Mobile BB dongle, i use the net for
general browsing,
e-mail,
online shopping,
occasionally for p2p.

the IPSec is usually "Success Audit" but frequently Fails, then success
again. I have re-installed xp and Virus checked, Antispyware etc. but no
infections found.

Bearing in mind the extent to which i use the system online can i disable
this service?

The following error msg is always logging in event viewer:

IPSec Services: IPSec Services failed to get the complete list of network
interfaces on the machine. This can be a potential security hazard to the
machine since some of the network interfaces may not get the protection as
desired by the applied IPSec filters. Please run IPSec monitor snap-in to
further diagnose the problem.

Do I need to worry about this?
Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi again Solus!
Are you connected to Domain(s) through Active Directory or using VPN?
If you don't then you don't need this service running on your machine, so
try to stop it by following this step:
Open run command and type in:
services.msc click [OK]
On the services control panel locate this service and stop it:
IPSec Service
