If you are using EFS yes but they won't be able to view their contents or open them.

I have admin privliges and am in the admin group. I do share this account
with other people. My idea was to use the hidden administrator account and
have a folder with all my stuff i want protected but don't use much to be
hidden and encrypted.

So, if someone on my account (not the hidden admin) does a search and
happens to use an exact file name of a file in that hidden folder, will it
show up?
