This issue *may* be malware related. Open the Services console by going to Start > Run > type in
services.msc
Click OK or press Enter
Look under the ' Description ' heading and go over the list of services. When you find a service with no Description, write down the service Name and post back with it here. There may be more than one service which lacks a Description. If so, please include all such listings.
NOTE: Removable Storage has no Description but it is a legitmate one.

I can not turn on auto updates. I went to the strt button keyed in the service command.. I open the auto update properties and try to turn on the auto updates.. no luck.after several attempts it will ccept auto but when I click start it will go bacl todisabled. whats up?.
Also it shows the path to execution as... "C:\WINDOWS\System32\svchost.exe -k netsvcs"
please offer me some advise...
