Click Start, Run and type:
regsvr32 msxml3.dll
Press Enter
Did you get a postive response from the dll regserver ?

Part of helping you is knowing what you have tried already and what
responses you have had when implementing a particular suggestion. Some
people will come on these newsgroups and say "I tried 'everything' and
nothing works" and give very little information about their situation.
Unless the poster is willing to notate what they have done, noone wants to
spend their good time researching on behalf of the poster to find out they
have already tried a particular handling. So more info not less is best.
