hi, i need to adjust my assigned drives for my external devices, but
when i go to 'control panel/administrative tools/computer management

get the message that 'windows cannot open this file' 'compmgmt.msc'.

does anyone know how to fix this and what might have possible caused
this to occur in the first place?

i know there is a simple solution to the problem, as i have fixed it
before. unfortunatley last time i had to resore my computer to a
previous point just after i fixed it. but silly me forgot how to fix
it, and i couldnt even find the web page forum that helped me. so im
back searching for the answer again.
