Yes I am using Win XP Home with all drivers and updates installed. I am the
administrator, but when I go to the System Properties there is no System
Restore Tab, or if I go to System Configuration Utility and Launch System
Restore, it says "You do not have sufficient security privelages to restore
your

Obviously I am the System Administrator, so whats wrong? I have no
problems installing stuff, and my XP files are all up to date. I asked
Microsoft to help once, it resulted in a disc corruption!

What are you trying to do? You can't access the System Restore files
directly nor is there any reason you would want to.
Please give a good description of your computer, the version of XP you're
