You cannot delete the Windows Security Center. It is part of the operating
system. There is no need to delete it. If the reason you want to remove it
is that you don't like getting alerts - and that's all the Security Center
is, an alerting mechanism - then open Security Center and click on the link
at left, "Change how Security Center alerts me". Uncheck all the boxes,
Apply/OK out. You won't hear from it again.

If you are having other problems and my crystal ball about what you really
needed was cloudy, then do post back with a more complete post.
