blank device manager

My device manager is blank, I've tried the following so far
without success.
1. Checked that services.msc plug n play is enabled & started & running.
2. Ran Apropos removal tool didnt find anything.
3. I tried Run sfc /scannow to check the integrity of windows system files -
all good.
4. I ran rootkit.exe and what I found was the following errors :

Should I do something about these errors ?
Is there anything else I can try?
