Ctfmon.exe will also load if you have IE7. This is usually not a problem. I've never seen an antivirus flag it, although of course any file can be infected. If your antivirus is flagging ctfmon.exe and the computer otherwise scans clean, you should contact your antivirus maker's tech support to make sure this isn't a false positive.
