The title speaks for it's self. the cpu runs 100% caused by ccApp.exe. Norton and Microsoft can't help me for free with this problem. Does someone have a clue how this problem can be solved.
The computer runs in Windows XP Home and has a AMD Sempron 2800 cpu.

Uninstall Norton and replace with a better antivirus. Recommended: NOD32, Kaspersky, Avast (free). The built-in Windows Firewall is adequate for most people.
