RE: runtime error

thank you for the help, but I fear it will do me no good now, as I have gone
and removered java runtime environment se v1.4.2 after reading another post
saying cannot install this version over a corrupt one,
now I find I cannot find the se v1.4.2 to reinstall at sun microsystems
without first giving them my whole family history which I do not wish to do,
I found the version alright and filled out all the fields but the aplication
to register at sun microsystems keeps getting returned with errors on it,
there has to be an eisier way to find this java platform,
another thing I wish to say is that this debuging issue is there just after
I reinstalled mysystem and it is very clean in my mind with only office pro
installed on it,
puzziling this shold happen thanks

Your Header AutoDown .EXE refer to an Auto Updater for your Anti-Virus or
other application installed may corrupt or having Internet Connection issue.
Please make sure your System is clean from malware and Viruses by performing
these cleaning steps then proceed with the reset:

1... First, try to clean up your caches, Internet files and delete cookies
by doing this:
Click Start >> Control Panel >> Double click Network and Internet
Connections >> Double click Internet Options.
