'offline update' of virus definitions

Our organization uses, in various combinations, the following four
antivirus products on their Windows (mostly XP) boxes: McAfee,
BitDefender, AntiVir, ClamWin
Quite a few of our boxes will NOT be connected to the internet but
need to have their connected media scanned regularly nonetheless. I'm
looking for information on how each product can be successfully
configured to look to a local (non-internet connected) server to grab
its updates. I am accepting that a manual 'sneaker-net' process will
be needed to get the latest updates off of an internet-connected
computer and onto the non-internet-connected server.
Is such information typically available on the vendor sites, or is
there an existing stack of information on this already compiled? I
have not yet come across it if its already out there.
Thank you!
