Re: xp service pack 2



If you can start in Safe Mode then I really doubt your issue is SP2 but
something else such as malware, corrupt drivers, corrupt software
application, or conflicting applications. See the links below on how to use
msconfig to troubleshoot such issues.

hello, i am in need of some big help please. for some reason on my pc that

running the amd prossesor, now and then when i start my pc up it will not
start up and will only start up if i choose safe mode, and then when i do
that i go and remove my sp2 and then pc restarts and then its working
fine.
and then i reinstall sp2 and fine for along time and now for some reason i
cant remove sp2 now it says it has already been done but it starts up in
safe
mode and sp2 is all around the upper part of the screen and shows its in
safe
mode. what do i do to fix this and why am i haveing this problem??
