No, that fix is specific to Task Manager being disabled. If this is affecting other programs, its possible that various folder permissions have been screwed up, as well.

ok, Also in Safemode I tried to open Adobe Photoshop and get same error. Will
this fix in the registry fix this issue also?
Or do I have to fix this somewhere else?
Virus scan found nothing, and spyware scan removed some tracking cookies.
Rebooted in regular mode same issue also same in Safe mode.
Ideas?
