You cannot delete the built-in Administrator account. If you disabled it, NTpasswd will allow you to enable it again. If you find it too difficult to deal with NTpasswd, take the machine to a computer professional (not your local BigComputerStore/GeekSquad) and they will be able to get into your computer and fix things in under 5 minutes.
