Re: missing IPsec option
IPsec is configured through the MMC. Start the MMC, load the "IP security
policy management" snapin, and enjoy.

under "advanced tcp/ip settings" i do not have an option for IPSec, only
tcp/ip filtering. how do i get the IPSec option there?
