So Malke, to get right to the point, why didn't you just say "I don't know
what the error message means" rather than your smart alecky reply.

On starting Windows XP 2d I am now getting the following message on
startup Error at Startup Message 000D.
Anyone have a clue? Why have error messages that make no sense? That is
a rhetorical question aimed at the genusis at Microsoft.
Thanks for any help.
Bob
