In Control Panel, double click Power Options.
Click on the Advanced tab.
On the Advanced page, put a check mark in the box next to
"Prompt for password when computer resumes from standby".
Click OK.

Now, when you return from Hibernation, you should be asked for
a password. The same will happen if the computer goes into
Standby mode.
