The motherboard in my computer died and I purchased a new computer. I installed the old hard drive as a secondard drive in the new computer only to find that I cannot access any of my information. My profile was set to private and I cannot access it. I tried creating the same account on the new computer with the same password, but I still cannot get in.
Does anyone know how to access any private files on a secondary drive? All my files, documents and email are stored here. Is there a log file that I can change or a security setting??? Please help.
Thanks,

Assuming that you didn't actually encrypt the data, all you need to do is take ownership.
