Your post was very difficult to read. It was unclear if you were just upset or if you wanted help with your computer. To solve your computer issue:

1. Best solution - Have a local computer professional come on-site, back up your data, and do a clean install of Windows, and set you up properly so the machine is secure. Do not use someone from a BigComputerStore/GeekSquad type of place. Get recommendations from family, friends, and colleagues.

2. Second-best solution - Back up your data and do a clean install of Windows. Do not connect to the Internet until you are sure the machine is secure.
