That's just a redirect link ... i.e. it goes through MS servers but does not contain a URL. Was it this convoluted fix ?:

The DCOM errors *may* be a result of misconfigured services or a firewall.
Please go to Start > Run > type in
%windir%\windowsupdate.log
Post the last 40 or so lines of the log.
