Re: Tiscali ADSL Modem Convert to Netgear DG384G Wireless/Router?

From: "Gerryw" <Gerryw@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

| Hi all,
| Can anybody tell me if it is possible to get a connection using a Netgear
| DG384G wireless router on a Tiscali ADSL line which is using a USB modem?
|
| I tried to install the DG384G router but could not get it to connect with
| the Tiscali servers. The Tiscali tech guys told me that they are only
| concerned with modems as they dont do Wireless/Routers.
|
| So any thoughts or fixes for this query will begratefully accepted?
|
| Regards
| Gerryw

You need a modem that has an Ethernet port to use the Router.
