That is a security warning!!
We dont know what "program" is attempting to download what to your system....you did not name the program.....
I would keep that security warning up and decide on an individual file basis....
Do you have an Anti Virus Program?? a Firewall Program?? an Anti AdWare Program?? any one of these could give you this message as well Internet Explorer.
When in doubt and/or it is a download you have not initiated.....check the name of the file say on Google....but click cancel till you,ve checked.
Be aware that Anti Virus programs can be set to automatically check for updates so check your settings within the program as can the other safety programs.
if you need more info post the name of the program that your using that is trying to download.
