Run-as vs. disabled administrative account


For some application I had to activate the option "run with different credentials".
The default admin account Administrator is disabled in my system.
However, every time I start this application from any account,
the Administrator appears as first position in the user-name list.

How can I cause in this case my own admin account is appearing first ?
