Help me!

What do you mean by 'domain'?
How are you connecting to said 'domain'?
What is your internet connection? (Cable, DSL, other?)
Can you give more details on what it is you are attempting to accomplish?

I have a Big network (ethernet), where there are many Domain
Controllers with the same Domain name domainname.com, I can't manage
the domain controllers.
But I'm connected on the domain with a PC (WXP) joined on the domain
domainname.com, if I try on the PC to Ping domainname.com I have an
answer from the domain controller placed in another country, but I
would like force WXP to have an answre from the domain placed near to
me
