gpedit.msc

Hello experts,

In a box with WinXP SP2 with 2 users (single user & admin) im the admin, the
other user is only allow to make a telnet connection to a server, so i used
gpedit.msc to make all the necessary blocks and settings and only allow user
to run this only shorcut in desktop.

When using gpedit.msc i blocked all access to HD, to LAN, to all menus in
explorer, desktop, anyway, i did a very hard-to-bypass settings (user can
not do ANYTHING), i forgot to make a shorcut for gpedit.msc in my admin user
just in case i need to make settings again, and now i can't even access or
display menus or anything in my admin user, so the question is......How can
I make my way to run my gpedit.msc in order to make the settings im
missing??? i don't want to reinstall windows just because i messed up??

Im sorry if i wasn't clear in my explanation.... any help would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks.

JR.
