Does the 'unknown account' show the same on all 3 computers?

With it being shared like that - it is totally plausible that an account
might exist on one system that does not exist on the others and thus - when
connected/used on one system, it gets one account written to it... When used
on another - yet another account. However - the account on System A does
not exist on System B, so it would come up as account unknown.

Who are the 'owners' of said files/folders?
