Administrator has restricted this computer to access USB/1394 mass storage drives

Hello.

I recently purchased an Acer workstation with Windows XP SP2 installed on it. After adding it to the domain, I cant access the CD/DVD drive or any USB drives that I try to connect to it. I can't install any software either. I keep getting messages like the one of the subject of this post, and I am logged on to the computer as administrator.

I appreciate any help I can get.
