If I understand you correxctly...
You can have one fuly installed anti virus product performing "On Access" and "On Demand"
scanning on a PC with anti spyware and and anti adware software.
Basically, anti spyware software is the SAME as anti adware software. Both are malware and
are in the class of non-viral malware.
