Search Behavior in XP Windows Folder

Hello:

I discovered this when I was trying to run an application under a
domain user account who is in the Administrators Group of the
machine.

The Domain is Windows 2003 AD.
Workstation is XP Pro with all the latest patches.

I find that when I do a search for a specific .dll (in this case
usp10.dll) under the user account, even though they are a member of
the administrators group, I get no results.

But when I log on as either the Domain Administrator or the Local
Administrator the search returns the proper results.

I also found that when I am logged on as the user and I initiate the
search from the windows folder, the proper results are returned.

I have tried removing and re adding the machine from the domain and it
doesn't help.
