How can i erase the files that Google Desktop indexes. I want to sell my
pc without having to reformat or buy a new hdd, i want to sell the pc
with all my current applications working. No matter what i do, run
ccleaner, delete browser history ect ect, even when i uninstall clean
out the registery of all Google entries, when i re-install Google
Desktop, it finds old files, music emails web-history, i do on-line
banking, so ID theft is a concern for me. Is there something i can do
with regedit or removing certain files or folders, or do i need some
software. Many thanks.
When you uninstall Google Desktop it asks if you wish to keep the index files. You need to ensure that this
option is not enabled.
