Last night my computer needed to be shut down in order to install new
updates that were downloaded after and automatic update was run. When
I turned my computer on this morning I had recieved a notification
stating that my Virus Protection has been turned off. When I checked
this in the security centre, I could confirmed that it was turned
off, however I need to know how to turn it back on. I am using
Symantec Virus Protection.
Looking forward to hearing from someone that can help me ASAP.
Open the Symantec console and see if you can turn it on there.
If that doesn't load, go to services.msc (start \run) and make sure the
requisite services are started.
