Re: Unable to access a XP workstation on the workgroup

Hello:
I have couple of PCs on the same workgroup. One is an XP and the
other is a Windows 2003 Server.
I shared some of the folders and the printer on the XP.
When I browse the network from the Windows 2003 server machine, I see
the XP as a node on the workroup but when I click on it, I get an
error message that says it is unable to connect.
What am I doing wrong?
I have resolved such issues with Workgroup computers in the past by
installing NWLink NetBIOS. Give it a try; can't hurt and may get the job
done. Right-click My Network Places, select Properties. When the dialog
comes up select the connection, then on the left click "Change settings of
this connection."
