Remove the password requirement...
Seriously. In order for there to be one - you had to put it there - undo
it.

Unless you aren't telling us some part of the story?

(Which I know some things are missing - like if this is actually a Windows
password or pre-windows password, etc.)

- Go into the BIOS and clear the passwords set there.
- Go into Windows and set it up for Automatic Logon.
